What are your working hours?
We try to answer promptly but official times are 9-6pm EST, Monday through Fridays. Our team doesn't work on holidays or weekends.
What happens if my order is damaged?
Please contact us right away and take pictures. Our team will do everything possible to fix the problem.
Please be advised, though, that it is up to us to decide if we will exchange it or give you store credit. This will be handled in a case by case basis.

Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes, you can add it during the check out process or send us an email with the message and we will add it. It will be packaged for gifts.
What are the processing times for my order?
We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days. If you need something urgently, we suggest you contact us before you pay for expedited shipping.
What companies do you use for shipping?
For domestic orders we use USPS. For international orders we have different options but USPS economy shipping is the preferred method. We also offer DHL and Fedex.
Are international shipping taxes/customs fees included in the price?
No, these are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local government offices if you want to know before hand what the estimated costs for these will be.
What happens if my order is shipped and marked as delivered but I can't find it?
It is rare for orders to get lost or stolen but it does happen. Even though insured shipping options are more expensive, we always strongly suggest to pay for one of these options for your order. Remember, our store isn't liable when this happens and you will have to open up claims with the carriers.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds or cancel orders. Refunds will only happen if there are any inventory issues with your order. There will be no exceptions.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return your items for store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
Can I return an item I bought?
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. In the case you decide to return your purchase, all items must be returned to us unused, unwashed and undamaged with tag still attached 14 days after delivery to do so. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted back. This applies to international orders as well. Lolini offers a return label via USPS for $9.95 that will be deducted from your store credit, or you can ship back using the carrier of your choice.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. All items bought using a Promotional Code are also considered Sale items and are FINAL SALE.
To make a return for a store credit or gift return, please email us at email@example.com with a subject title including your name and order number, and we will send you a Return Authorization number with instructions.
