Shipping : We understand quick deliveries are a top priority to many customers. We are happy to provide a variety of flat-rate shipping options and as well as next day options. When you are ready to checkout you will be able to choose your shipping preferences. 

International Shipping: We are currently offering international shipping to Australia, Canada, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama and United Kingdom. Orders from these countries will be able to shop in their local currencies and shipments will be calculated by DHL at checkout. International orders are considered final sale and the customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and any additional costs once the package arrive to your country.

Local Pickup: We offer next day pickup for those who are local to us as well as deliveries for a fee. 

Tracking your order: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming all the details of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so that you can prepare for your delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return your items for store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s). We do not issue refunds or cancel orders. Refunds will only happen if there are any inventory issues with your order. There will be no exceptions.

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. In the case you decide to return your purchase, all items must be returned to us unused, unwashed and undamaged with tag still attached 14 days after delivery to do so for site credit only. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted back. Lolini offers a return label via USPS for $9.95 that will be deducted from your store credit, or you can ship back using the carrier of your choice.

Sale Items: Please note, all sale orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. All items bought using a Promotional Code are also considered Sale items and are FINAL SALE.
